Our client a forefront leader in the Landscape Management Industry is currently looking for a Helpdesk Administrator paying £10.50 per hour PAYE starting on a  contract basis with a view to become more permanent for the right person.

Working 20 hours a week over 5 days you will be part of the helpdesk team, reporting to the Team Supervisor.

Hybrid working is available(Office and Home)

Responsibilities include.

Data entry and permit requesting  
Sending out work to regional depots nationwide
Liaising with local managers to ensure timely delivery of works
Assisting Supervisor with emails and phone calls from clients
Adding work details to company portal and forwarding on to depots country wide
Updating Excel spreadsheets
Outlook and Word proficient
Building rapport with client, problem solving when issues arise dealing with a variety of customer queries
Prioritise workload and assist colleagues when requested

The ideal person will have strong MS Office experience.
