Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a General Administrator in Lincoln.

Our client is a well establish packaging supplier in the UK.

Key details:

Generation of Sales order from customer P/o onto the inhouse database.
Order Processing, Carried out upon Production supply and Transport delivery dating.
Generating Works orders that coincide with a customer sales order.
Undertake general office work to maintain efficiency of the office in the absence of colleagues.
Receipt of purchase order requisitions from all departments.
Raising of Purchase orders resulting from requisitions.
Raising P/O resulting from corrugated sales orders.
Answering the telephone and dealing with any queries that may arise.
Undertake general office work to maintain efficiency of the office in the absence of colleagues.Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.57 per hour, £22,000 once permanent per annum

Working pattern:

Monday – Friday
Average of 40hrs per week
08.30am – 17.00pmExperience & Skills:

Previous experience as a Sales / Purchase Order Experience in working within the Manufacturing Industry.
Strong level of Data Entry Skills.
Strong levels of initiative.
Good Organisational skills.
Strong IT and numerical skills.
Strong Communication skills – spoken and written Strong Teamworking skill
