Overview

Our client is looking for a French Speaking Administrator to join their team on a temporary contract.

Administrative assistant duties:

* Managing and updating online data system.

* Liaising with French clients / customers

* Recording information as needed.

* Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.

* Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

* Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

* You will be a key member of the team dealing with a wide range of tasks supporting your colleagues and clients.

* You will be primarily involved with multiple admin activities, you will also manage and collate company data.

* Full training will be given and there is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge

* Payments

* Invoices

* Nominating customers on French authorities website

* International nominations

* Data Entry

Monday – Friday

8am – 5pm
