Our public sector client is looking for a temporary worker to join their team as a fines officer. This role is temporary ongoing. This is a full time role, 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday. You will work around the hours of 9am – 5pm (this may differ slightly from court to court).The pay rate for this role is £11.28 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.

The role of a fines officer will be to support with the administrative tasks to progress fine enforcement cases. Your day to day duties will include:
– Data Entry
– Use of in house systems
– Report work
– Producing documents
– Dealing with customer queries (emails, phone calls, letters and face to face)

The ideal candidate for this role will have 12 – 18 months of admin experience.
