We are an independent Engineering Inspection business. We have over 400 highly skilled Engineer Surveyors and Engineering Consultants who inspect, test and report on industrial machinery from coffee machines to tower cranes in order to keep the UK safe. We have over 160 years’ experience and are proud to have evolved into the successful company we are today. Everything we do has been tried and tested. Year on year we invest in our people, systems and infrastructure and will continue to do so for generations to come.

What will I be doing?

As a Business Administrator with British Engineering Services you will coordinate new incoming customer requests and queries and initiating the workflow for other internal teams. Your day to day role will see you work across several e-mail inboxes to review and allocate Customer and Engineer requests via the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management System). You will use your problem-solving and attention to detail skills to ensure that teams have all the information required to process new requests and update existing cases efficiently. Our customers really matter to us, so you will also work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our customers receive the best quality service, on time, every time.

Your key responsibilities will be:

* To review and allocate new requests via the CRM system

* Updating and reviewing data entered to the CRM system

* Ensuring the upmost data accuracy

* Assisting teams with administrative tasks

What experience do I need?

Our team consists of the BEST Administrators, we should know, we trained them! You don’t need heaps of experience, just the right attitude, aptitude and appetite for what we do. Keeping Britain Safe.

Your experience may include:

* Previous exposure to an office environment

* Administration and/or data entry skills

* Great attention to detail and organisation skills

* Able to work individually and as part of a team
