Overview

Scope – Overview of the job, its purpose/objective and scope:
The primary role of the Project Coordinator is to support the ICP / EV Division; the role will cover all administrative duties required for new ICP
connections including consultation with Distribution Network Operators (DNO) to assist the team in procuring a power solution for various projects / clients.
  
Responsible for:

Assess new enquiries received from client and make POC request with DNO
ICP jobs to be created in Navision
Site files to be created and site details logged onto relevant tracker systems and Sitetracker
Making sure works are completed as per any KPI’s set on various contracts.
Finance – PO records to be updated, PRF’s / PO’s / BACs to be raised and sent to the relevant DNO’s. PO Receipting requests,
update of various client Finance trackers, Navision data entry
Ensure Design packs are completed and submitted to DNO / IDNO and manage process through to completion.
Update and complete client documentation.
Updating end of month works in Navision with monthly WIP calculations.
Archiving completed / aborted sites.
General administrative duties to fulfil tasks relating to the above
Any other administrative duties required to assist the ICP / EV team
To undertake any other duties which fall within the job holder’s capabilities aligned to normal duties that management may
reasonably request and to continually seek ways to improve the way in which your function operates within the business.
Some travel to other UK headquarters required. Late or weekend working may be required   
Qualifications & Experience:
  
Essential:

Proven working with IT software at an advanced level (Excel, Word, Power point, Databases etc.)
At least 2 years in a professional administrative role
Proven high level of written and oral communication skills
GCSE B minimum in English and Maths
Proven experience of managing conflicting priorities and working in a timely manner to deadlines recognising the difference
between urgent, important, and general activities
Knowledge of ICP / NERS process and experience of working with DNO’s  Desirable:

Educated to good level in commercial discipline
Understanding prioritisation of own workload and team’s workload
Experience of managing processes
Proven working with IT software at an advanced level (Excel, Word, Power point, Databases etc.)

Proven high level of written and oral communication skills
