This is a permanent role, that would suit a Electrical Maintenance Technician / Electrical Fitter / Maintenance Technician / Multiskilled Engineer with experience of working in a manufacturing environment and has had experience working with PLC's.
A competitive salary range of £50,000 to £55,000 per annum awaits a proficient individual ready to embrace a balanced 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, encompassing both day and night shifts.
Role Details:
– Conduct routine maintenance and emergency repairs of electrical systems
– Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-controlled equipment with precision
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
– Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to optimise plant operations
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the electrical domain
Skills & Experience:
– Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
– Proficiency in PLC systems – a critical requirement
– Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
– Excellent understanding of electrical maintenance procedures and standards
– Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
– Familiarity with health and safety practices in an industrial setting
– Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
– Apprentice Trained (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
