Administration Hybrid working 
 
Hybrid working; This position will allow you to work 2 days at home and 3 days in the offices 
 
Location :Portsmouth

Salary : £21600 plus an opportunity to earn an additional 5%

Hours :Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours and you will need to be flexible between the hours of 8am and 6pm  
 
Dynamite Recruitments are pleased to be recruiting for our client based in Portsmouth that are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join the business at this busy and demanding time.

Our client provides a number of specialist service to customers and are growing considerably due to their success 
 
As an Administrator you will be responsible for assisting the Customer Care team with all round administrative tasks. This is a small and new team and so you need to be adaptable to change
You will assist with tasks such as Data entry incusing checking and reporting tasks which will help to enhance the customer’s journey
 
You will be managing client data and working with a portfolio of customer account where you will need to manage all round administration for these along with looking for opportunities to simply the data and processes

Success in this role will be based on excellent attention to detail and really good data entry skills. It’s a great opportunity for someone to make a difference in a position
 
As an Administrator, typical tasks will include the following
 
Prioritise data entry and checking tasks, understanding the needs and requirements of the customer and managing your workload accordingly
    
View, update and maintain bespoke IT systems, maintaining responsibility for the accuracy, confidentiality of the systems at all times
    
Apply a systematic and logical approach to each task, considering the most efficient but effective approach

Identify and suggest improvements which enhance the customer experience
    
Report and feedback on poor data entry within the department and work with Managers to influence improvement
    
Process and challenge exception reporting across the department, tracking trends and suggesting and implementing improvements
    
Work as an expert uploading data to our main systems, creating efficiencies within the department and eliminating manual data entry where possible

The ideal Administrator will have / be

A very high level of attention to detail
Be very competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel
Will have excellent attention to detail
Will be well organised
Will have good administration and data entry skills and experience
Will enjoy being busy and having an input
Will be capable of learning fast
Experience of running and analysing reports would be advantageous
