Our leading client, based in Derby, are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their Finance team. You will be processing commission payments, dealing with commission enquiries and general commission duties. They are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Our client are flexible on previous experience as full training will be given.

Fulltime, Monday to Friday Admin Assistant – The Role:

Processing payments including weekly imports of commission statements.
Data entry
Dealing with e-mail queries in an accurate and timely manner
Handling telephone queries in a professional manners
Assisting with ad hoc tasks and covering holidays as and when required Admin Assistant – The Candidate:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
Accurate Numeracy skills 
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organisational skills and able to work under pressure
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Have good attention to detail and be well organised
