What's involved in this Customer Service Apprenticeship:

Providing proactive customer service over the phone to our customers
Liaising with suppliers
Processing customer purchases/quotations
Problem-solving and customer follow-up
Providing advice on best product suitability which will include our industry leading environmental options
Successfully forming relationships with colleagues both locally and in the wider business
Administration support
Customer query resolution
