YourConstruction are delighted to be recruiting for a Midlands based Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Company.

My client offers a Nationwide Cover for reactive breakdowns, maintenance and installation of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.

Due to extensive company growth, a Service Helpdesk administrator is required to assist with the day to day running of our busy service desk and Installations team.

We endeavour to provide our customers with a high level of service from start to finish, therefore the successful candidate must be organized, able to work off their own initiative and be able to work well under pressure. Good customer service skills are essential.

Main duties will include:

* Logging incoming calls.

* Chasing contractors for updates and reports

* Raising purchase orders for suppliers

* Liaising with engineers throughout the day

* Providing customers regular updates for their ongoing calls

* Handling customer enquiries

* SLA and KPI monitoring

* Data entry

* Arranging access with sites

* Raising permits where required, including Risk Assessments and Method Statements

* Assisting the Service Manager and Senior Service Co-Ordinator

* Other general Admin duties.

The successful Candidate must have:

* Administration experience with a minimum of 1 years is essential.

* Experience using Outlook, Excel and Word

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* The ability to multitask and prioritize workload.

* Industry knowledge or engineer management is required.

Additional information:

* 37.5-hour week, with working hours being 9.00am – 5.30pm.

* 1 hour’s lunch break

* 23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
