SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator for an excellent business based in Eastwood, this is working for a globally recognised brand.

Working within the clients customer service department, this is a small team but they are very busy and do a very varied job. The client is looking for someone who has customer service experience and can demonstrate that they are very personable and chatty, the service they offer to customers is exceptional and they want this to be continued.

The role:
– dealing with customer phone calls
– responding to emails
– forwarding emails onto the correct department
– speaking with different departments regarding orders and delivery
– data entry
– general admin details

Monday to Friday
Office based role
£20,000 to £21,000
