We are seeking a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client who is a well-established bathroom furniture manufacturer located in Tyseley, Birmingham. 

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers,  

Duties will include:- 

Dealing with customer enquires and providing exceptional customer service
Processing orders 
Data entry
Completing invoice and delivery documentation
Filing and maintaining documentation records

Good attention to detail 
Previous customer service administration experience
Always strive to go above and beyond for customers 
Knowledge of furniture manufacturing is desirable however, full product training is provided 
Working Hours: 

Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm
