Salary – £24,000 + Uncapped Commission

Monthly commission scheme (uncapped) (Year 1 OTE £50,000, Year 2 £65,000, Year 3 £70,000 + for
an Entry Level Recruiter)

The Role

Due to company success we are looking to expand our dedicated Patient Recruitment team, focusing on the recruitment, retention and delivery of patients into clinical trials across multiple studies. The success of this team plays a vital role in the overall success of the organisation. As such, this role offers a remuneration package appropriate to such a highly visible role.

The Candidate

You will responsible for the quality of patient screening, data entry and patient communications. You will be entrusted to provide outstanding patient care to deliver business requirements through telephone screening patients and managing communication channels to ensure patients are kept fully informed through each step of the process. You will also be working closely with the Head of Patient Recruitment to improve processes and operational efficiencies and expected to work cross functionally to ensure the delivery of patients to site.

To be successful you will possess a sales mentality and are an ambitious, highly organised and hardworking individual, ideally from a clinical environment. Whilst prior experience of patient recruitment is highly desirable, experience with general sales or call centre experience will be considered, but must possess an appreciation of the sensitive nature of working within a clinical setting. This role provides the opportunity to make a mark within the business and provides clear develop opportunities.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

Management of patient referrals
Telephone screening patients to assess eligibility for studies
Completion of data entry into CRM, ensuring all data is updated in an accurate and timely way
Understanding of study protocols
Analysis of current processes and performance data
Oversight of referral databases
Involvement in patient communications across social media channels
