Client, Orders, and Planning Administrator (FMCG)
South Maidstone, Kent
Full-time, Permanent

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

KHR is currently assisting a leading National FMCG business based in South Maidstone who is looking for and experienced administrator with experience in order and client management to assist the Planning Manager.

The role will be to manage orders for a leading client, including its distribution, throughout the process and, specifically:
* Prepare all the documentation for the annual order to the client and distribute to suppliers
* Collect and manage all supplier's orders, facilitating interchanges between suppliers if required
* Be responsible for all order collation, data entry and validation
* Accurate maintenance of all orders and provide reports and pivot tables from the gathered data and make them available to regular relevant personnel and stakeholders
* Build strong collaborative relationships with relevant personnel in the business and external stakeholders
* Provide the business and external stakeholders with metrics on supply to review YOY performance, quality complaints and other matters associated with supply where appropriate
* Oversee supplier declarations of proprietary material in line with license agreements
* Build, test and implement new administrative procedures and ways of working

Requirements
*Good time management
*Exceptional administration skills
*Experienced in FMCG sector is essential
*Strong IT skills, including being proficient in using Word, Outlook, Teams and Powerpoint. Excel skills must include Pivot Tables and VLookUp etc
*Well-developed personal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a wide range of colleagues and partner personnel;
*Able to work unsupervised and to work with colleagues across professional, operational and cultural boundaries;
*Has a proactive approach and provide prompt responses to all service requests;
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle a number of tasks at once and meeting deadlines as required
*Ability to present data and information in a simple way for a non-technical audience; and,
*Has good attention to detail
*Due to office location must have own transport
