Part-Time Centre Administrator – Temporary to Permanent Contract to start ASAP!
Hours of Work:  25hrs – 9.30am – 2.30pm – Mon – Fri
Location: Moseley, Birmingham (Parking available)
Salary:  £9.80ph

To provide administrative, secretarial and reception services that support the smooth running of the Centre.  Contribute to the wider work of the client carrying out specific tasks as agreed from time to time.

You must have good EXCEL skills & understand formulas (able to set up spreadsheets)
Front of house, meeting & greeting
Dealing with incoming telephone calls, handling/diverting/taking messages as appropriate. Make outgoing calls on behalf of management as required.
A good communicator at all levels with an open and friendly manner who is able to generate the confidence and respect of visitors and who also possesses a good sense of humour.
Working flexibly and contributing to wider activities and emergency situations as required, always upholding company policies.
Register attendances/absences of clients accurately, chasing clients who are not attending
Maintain & keep all files, records and databases updated, complete and in good order.
Supervise the arrival and departure of clients each day, including responsibility for collection and return of personal belongings
Confident in the correct use and care of PCs, data entry onto Tagtronics system, updating spreadsheets and using formulas as required. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Publisher and Word.
Arrange and manage the lunch system. Assist with making drinks and lunches for clients, ensuring that they are served at the correct times.
Carry out assigned domestic chores at the end of each day e.g washing up, tidying and putting materials away. Cover general cleaning duties in the absence of regular cleaner.
