Great Opportunity for a Buying Admin Assistant

An opportunity to support the buying team for a Leading manufacturer based near Horley. A driving licence and own vehicle is essential

The Role
Provide support to the buying team – sourcing materials and goods from international suppliers
Raise / process purchase orders
Ensure components / goods are scheduled to arrive on time
Updating shipments tracker accurately
Management of samples in and out of the business
Checking packaging thoroughly and providing customer with all relevant ingredients and safety data
Data Entry into customer portals

The Person
Excellent Administration and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a timely manner
Work well under pressure and cope with a fast-paced environment
Meticulous attention to detail
Knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel.
Sage experience is preferred but not essential

Benefits
Monday to Friday 8:30-5, with 1 hour for lunch
Salary up to £27,000 (opportunity for annual increase)
20+8BH (with an annual increase for up to 5 days)
