Brand Co-ordinator
East Grinstead

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a busy company in East Grinstead. Having bounced back quickly from the pandemic they are looking for a Brand Co-ordinator to join the team. The successful candidate will have some administration experience and great customer service and be able to multitask and understand complex processes.

Duties and responsibilities:

* Loading equipment orders
* Taking inbound & making outbound calls whilst providing excellent customer service at all times
* Coordinating with a number of internal and external departments and third party suppliers
* Answering customer and sales team emails
* Running reports for the client and the brand Account Manager
* Data entry


* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong PC literacy
* Transparent on Microsoft
* Team player
* High attention to detail

This role is office based with no option for home working, the hours are 8.30 – 5.00 with 1/2 break, there could also be the need for some Saturday mornings or the odd bank holiday if you would like to earn extra money or the time off in lieu.
