We have an Audit and Compliance Administrator role available to support our team in Lutterworth for a dynamic and organised individual to fulfil.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide high quality administrative support to the Audit & Compliance Team.

The Audit and Compliance Administrator will be responsible for accurate and timely management of company documentation, creation, and maintenance of regular management reporting, and follow up on audit actions across the Whistl Group.

In addition, the role holder will be responsible for data entry and collation from various sources, supporting company initiatives, legal and regulatory obligations, and internal and external audit.

Core Responsibilities

Supporting the completion of tender and due diligence questionnaires for new and existing customers, for a range of topics including but not limited to business continuity, and ESG / CSR.
Supporting the completion of annual disclosure questionnaires for the Whistl Group.
Following up on audit actions with respective business areas to keep audit actions controlled and completed in line with agreed SLA's.
Maintaining and identifying ways to improve/automate the audit management database.
Carrying out document management housekeeping, including engaging with respective business areas to ensure that documentation remains current and fit for purpose, and creating and distributing reports on document management status across the Whistl Group.
Identify toolbox talks and legal and regulatory updates using Whistl's 3rd party application.
Providing administrative support as called upon, creating reports for the team on performance vs target for a variety of topics at regular and ad-hoc intervals.
Supporting the administration of user access to systems under the remit of Audit & Compliance, such as document management, risk management, and health and safety.
Work on team/department continual improvement initiatives (actions that the team takes away from the day to day).
Promote a positive culture, practice, and behaviour across all areas by leading by example, setting the standard, and promoting continual improvement.

Essential Skills

1 – 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role.
Accurate data input skills; Able to turn work around quickly whilst maintaining excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise own workload to meet conflicting, varied, and frequently demanding deadlines.
Confident communicator using various medium; able to influence, build relationships, and gain commitment from people at all levels.
Previous experience in a similar environment or role would be advantageous.
IT literate – proficient in use of MS Office / Office 365, including in particular advanced MS Excel skills e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups and filters for data analysis, presentations, and reporting.
