Job Summary

Our client based in Bisley; Surrey is seeking an experienced Administrator with excellent customer service to join their competition team.

Job Description

* Liaise with clients to send out information for upcoming events.

* Process clients information and ensure CRM is up to date.

* Send out result and arrange for awards to be delivered .

* Attend the events and ensure a positive experience for everyone attending.

* Dealing with enquires via phone and email.

Skills and Knowledge Required

* Excellent customer service

* Ability to prioritise with excellent attention to detail.

* Proficiency in computer programs, particularly Microsoft Word

* Data entry skills including Microsoft Excel

* Attention to detail and a team player

* Our client is paying up to £23,000 per annum, pro rate for hours

* Working Hours 9.00 am to 5.00 pm – Can be part time over 5 days

* There will be 6 weekends a year when events are held
