The Role – Debt Administrator
Salary – £22300K
Location – Fully remote working (3 week training period in Glasgow city centre) Hours – Hours Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30 pm

We have a newly released role for a Debt Administrator to join our rapidly growing client specialising in B2B retail sales.

The initial training for this role will be office based however the role will be based remotely and you will enjoy the benefits of not commuting during rush hour from both a time and cost perspective.

To be successful in this role you must have strong communication skills and have a keen eye for numbers and detail.
Working alongside the Customer Service team the main remit of the role will be to contact customers regarding outstanding payments (by telephone and e-mail) and building professional relationships.

Duties –

* Emailing and calling both new and existing Customers regarding payment
* Producing customer statements
* Collecting payment from customers
* Working alongside the Customer Service team to resolve any issues/queries
* Identify and flag potential customers who meet the criteria for litigation activity
* Tracking customer payments and overdue funds

The successful candidate will

* Have previous administration/customer service experience
* Be proficient with MS Office (particularly Excel)
* Have strong communicator skills – both written and verbal
* Enjoy customer service and working within a fast-paced environment
* Have a desire to put previous administration experience to use in another area of business i.e. finance
