SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator on a permanent basis to join one of our key clients!

The role will be in the perfect location for candidates living in Ruddington, Long Eaton, Beeston and the surrounding areas around the Nottingham area.

There will be various Administration tasks including:

– Organising and scheduling appointments
– Collating and distributing any business correspondence i.e, letters, emails etc
– Supporting in the preparation of reports
– Maintaining a filing system
– Ensuring to keep on top of office supplies and ordering new supplies when necessary
– Preparing and distributing post
– Data Entry
– Track and monitor sales packs received by the department; ensure that paper records are stored and shared electronically on a timely basis.
– Analyse costings prepared by the sales team using the company standard protocol for authorisation
– Raise and resolve queries directly with the sales team, senior management, operations and VSB team
– Enter data into the Autoline VSB module, ensuring that all costings are correct and invoices are raised on a timely basis
– Raise purchase order on Autoline
– Set up, maintain and cancel rental contracts bespoke software
– Set up customers in the CRM system
– Provide CRM record maintenance cover for service depots
– Provide cover for other team members as and when required
– Provide ad-hoc business information and reports relating to truck sales, costings and valuations as required
– To perform any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time within the scope of your knowledge, skills and ability.

The client offered on-site parking, full kitchen facilities and a open plan office space.
Salary: £20,500
Working Hours: Monday Friday 08:30am – 4:30pm
