Administrator – temp to perm – hybrid working

This is an extremely fast paced position assisting the Project Managers with their administration for this busy office. The ideal person must have a confident and friendly telephone manner, be able to communicate on all levels and have an analytical mind. We need someone who is bright and enthusiastic with a solid administration or analytical background!
General Duties
Prioritise a variety of tasks on a daily basis with tight deadlines.
Chase paperwork to ensure projects remain on schedule.
Maintain a database.
Book travel, meetings and meeting rooms
Excellent customer and internal team management skills

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good organisational skills
Able to multitask and prioritise
Able to use your own initiative as well as working as part of a team

Must be fully conversant with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
General Information
This role is hybrid – 2 days in the London office (based near Liverpool Street – travel costs will be covered) and then the remaining 3 days will be from home.
