£10.00 – £11.50 (11.50 being the post 12 Weeks rate)

08:00 – 16:00 / 09:00 – 17:00 Shift Timings

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are recruiting Administrators on behalf of our local Howden based client. Our client's Administrators are responsible for prioritising their own workloads, having excellent communication skills and being highly organised.

Our client is looking for an individual who is able to laugh, enjoy their environment and has passion for the work they are doing, this post will be available from the middle of August

Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Ensure that all administration duties are processed and completed accurately, efficiently and in the timescale required to support the team.
Deal with both telephone and face to face enquiries from customers in a courteous, professional and knowledgeable way.
Liaise with the Credit Control department in response to customer account queries and applications.Other duties will include invoicing customers, stock reconciliation, filing, mailing promotional material, reconciling petty cash, data entry and reporting.
