Key responsibilities & tasks:
* Updating the database accordingly
* Data entry on information received
* Index scanned items
* Running daily reports
* Scanning documents received in the post or via email
* Monitoring company emails and responding appropriately
* Creating reports
* Supporting the Manager
Personal Profile:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Previous knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Display commercial awareness and business acumen.

* Confident and friendly telephone manner.
