This role will require the successful candidate to be proficient in a CRM system, providing data entry and updates to ensure the accuracy of customer and portfolio company records and content as well as assisting with legal files and documents.
Our Client is looking for a numerate, business focused administrator, who has a great level of attention to detail and accuracy, who is adept at working with data and IT business systems and who will quickly and proficiently grasp, understand and work with new systems.  Key to your success is your ability to effectively communicate and establish good working relationships across all levels within the Company both by email and verbally, to enable you to follow-up, chase for outstanding data and check the accuracy of information.  
The role will include some out of hours support at peak times of report creation. There will also be occasional requirements to travel to their London office.
Key Areas of Responsibility:

Assist and support the production and distribution of Quarterly Reports to Investors:
Gathering of portfolio and financial data to meet deadlines
Chasing for input and managing data collation
Report creation and editing and review
Data input and analysis
Review of outputs
Proof checking reports
Business Systems and Excel file updates
Document & Business Systems Data Entry & Management:
Proactive data gathering and entry
Ensuring comprehensive information file management e.g. on business deals and prospective and actual portfolio companies contact information
Drive accurate internal and external reporting and enable regular management information to be produced on time
Produce ad hoc accurate management information and reports when requested e.g. investor lists, portfolio contacts
Assist with due diligence data requests
General administrative and office supportYou will be: 

Highly adept in using IT systems – with the aptitude and ability to quickly learn, grasp and use new technology. Competent in Microsoft Outlook – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Highly accurate with a great level of attention to detail – able to work under pressure and to tight timescales at times, without losing focus on the detail.
Data focused – both numerate and technical, able to learn and grasp new things with relative ease. Able to understand and interpret financial and technical data.
Strong organisational & administration skills. Capable of multi-tasking and remaining calm, often in demanding situations, where the ability to prioritise, follow-up and focus on requirements is paramount.
Customer Focused – able to identify who both your internal and external customers are and to provide a high level of customer service.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English is essential, combined with a polite and confident manner.
Excellent interpersonal skills – friendly and personable, who can build good working relationships at all levels within the organisation.
