Vacancy: 6 months temporary to permanent position.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.00
The company is a UK leading engineering business specialising in major mechanical and electrical installations within the food and beverage manufacturing industry. The huge range of work carried out by the company includes electrical, pipework and plant installations, planned and preventive maintenance, facilities management along with a variety of other engineering services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator – Contract Coordinator to join the company's facilities management team at their on-site operations at Southall, UB2 4NA.
Duties
As a suitably experienced administrator – contract coordinator you will be working on site at a food production facility in Southall UB2 4NA. With responsibility to ensure all administrative tasks are completed in line with the companies operating procedures. Particular duties will include: first line facilities support for all incoming telephone and email enquiries from the client, logging new jobs on the system, issuing job sheets, placing orders for materials with suppliers, completing weekly time-sheets, ensuring time-sheets are costed correctly and liaising with facilities team to ensure all work is carried out to the clients specification and in accordance with the service level agreement. Other duties will include data entry, creating purchase orders, preparation of monthly financial trackers and other general office and telephone duties.
About You
Based ideally in Southall, you will need to live within a one-hour commute of UB2 4NA.
Demonstrable experience within a similar administration role is preferred for this position, although full training will be given on the company's procedures and systems.

In return for your experience you will receive a competitive hourly rate of between £20,000 and £25000 PAYE per annum with a range of other benefits.
