We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join a family run logistics and haulage company based on the outskirts of Colchester. Job duties include:
Data entry of information onto the company systems.
Identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Prepare all documentation relating to the movement/transportation of goods.
Deliver high customer service levels with accuracy and efficiently.
Answer and direct queries promptly.
Providing accurate information to ensure excellent customer service.

what were looking for.
As the Transport Administrator a transport and haulage background would be desirable. Confident and charismatic with excellent communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft packages with sound administration skills, ensuring accuracy of details and a high standard of customer service.
