If you're experienced in providing a customer focused Administrative support role and work well within a team, then you would be interested in a range of roles that VNA Recruitment has to offer.
As a successful Business Support Officer, you would be carrying out tasks such as:
* General office duties (inbox management, telephone and written communication, data entry and filing)
* Assisting with meeting arrangement and organisation
* Providing a first point of contact support for external customers
With some roles offering a work from home hybrid pattern – these are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, this is the excellent opportunity for you to further your career in temporary to permanent positions.
It is essential to have the below attributes:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Flexible and adaptable, able to work in any situation
* Understanding and basic experience in an office and/or team environment
* Good IT Skills
* Minute taking is ideal but not essential
