Overview

Our public sector client is looking for a temporary worker to join their team as an Admin Officer/Court Clerk. This role is currently temporary until 31/12/22 with the chance of being extended. This is a full time role, 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday. You will work around the hours of 8-4/9-5. The pay rate for this role is £11.28 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.

As a court clerk you will ensure that there is a smooth running of the court hearings. Your day to day duties will include;
– Running court hearing (you may be required to attend Hereford and Kidderminster courts from time to time)
– Communication with Judges
– accurately interpreting information requited on the court file
– Assisting court users with completion of forms and court procedures
– Preparing papers and files for hearings
– Preparing court documents and routine correspondence
– General admin, photocopying and filing
– Use of in house systems
– Data entry
– Acting as an administrative liaison between internal and external sources
– Handing face to face, written and telephone queries

The perfect candidate for this role will have strong customer service and admin skills.
