Overview

Our public sector client are looking for a temporary worker to join their team as an admin officer. This is initially a temporary role until 30/09/22 with the chance of an extension. This is a full time position, Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week. You will work office hours, around 9am – 5pm

The post holder will be required to support the team with the administration tasks to progress cases through the courts and tribunals. Your day to day duties will include:
– Collating court files and papers
– Producing documents
– Using in house databases and systems
– Data entry
– Communications with court users via email, telephone, emails and face to face
– Communication with judges and magistrates

The successful candidate will have at least 12-18 months of admin experience and really strong communication skills.
