Our client based in Bromley, is looking for a Receptionist to assist with the operation of a busy building which offers flexible workspace and meeting rooms to professionals. The successful candidate would be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to all members, tenants, and visitors to the building, as well as supporting marketing, sales and administration.

Hours: 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm


Deliver the customer journey to all visitors, tenants and members in the building
Ensure there is adequate cover on the reception/welcome desk
Sales related projects including competitor research, LinkedIn searches and data entry/cleanses as required
Support sales and retention, suggesting ideas which can contribute to new member acquisition and existing member retention
General administration/ updating performance trackers
Participate in the creation of content suggestions for social media, webpage and other channels to the marketing team
Communicate daily events and activities to colleagues
Manage post and deliveries
Triage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person
Work with the General Manager to deliver a calendar of community activities/events to enhance community engagement
Sign in contractors and visitors to the building
Daily building walkthroughs to ensure all safety measures and regulations are adhered to in line with risk assessments
