Your role:

Working closely with the Site/Management Accountant and Finance Director you will take responsibility for the accounts payable function end to end as well as daily monitoring of the sales ledger, bank reconciliation as well as supporting with month end. The position will develop over time as your experience grows to working more on the month end management accounting duties.


– Processing payments and completing daily bank reconciliations.
– Accruals, prepayments and journals
– Assisting with costing, stock and efficiency analysis
– Matching Purchase orders to Purchase invoices.
– Resolving any supplier queries/set-ups.
– Assist in month and year end.
– Posting purchase invoices.
– Dealing with finance related requests form other team members and looking after the expenses system for all the internal teams.

Required Skills:

– 2 years working in an accounts department.
– Good understanding of purchase ledger.
– Good IT skills. Excel essential.
– Accurate and timely data entry skills.
– Self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision.
