Kier Places are recruiting now for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our team at Neath Port Talbot Hospital, where you will act as a main point of contact for maintenance activities and be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of the Helpdesk, to assist Kier in delivering Estates services to a 270 bed Hospital operated by Swansea Bay University Health Board.

Location: Neath Port Talbot Hospital

Business Area: Kier Places – Facilities Management – Neath Hospital

Contract: Permanent, full time – Monday to Friday, hours between 8.00am and 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities

As a Helpdesk Administrator in this vital role ensuring the Hospital receive the effective & best service Kier can offer, on a day-to-day basis you'll use the Concept CAFM computer system to receive and log calls to the Helpdesk facility, identifying requests and prioritising for action, whilst ensuring processes & procedures are followed to comply with contract KPI's, SLA's and performance targets, and Kier's H&S and IMS requirements.

Just as importantly, we will look to you to support the Contract Manager in preparing and routinely compile, collate & produce reports for use by the Contract & Client management team.

Although training and development can be provided on the following, it'd be a bonus if you have understanding of SFG20, Health Technical Memoranda (HTMs), Statutory Compliance, maintenance services, and electronic document management system (EDMS).

The Kier FM team at the hospital is made up of a Contract Manager, Facilities Coordinator and Helpdesk Administrator, with an onsite Estates team of 17 operatives.
