PA / Account Coordinator – Leeds
Hours 9-5.30pm
Initially office based 5 days a week and once probation completed then 1 day per week can be remote working.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and forward-thinking Executive Search firm with a strong commitment to social purpose. They are looking for a PA / Account Coordinator to support the Directors and wider senior team to help deliver a high-quality service to their clients and candidates. The work will be interesting and varied, exposing you to a broad range of organisations and sectors.
As PA / Account Coordinator , you will provide high quality administrative support including full Personal Assistant responsibilities to Directors and Partners, liaising with clients and candidates, producing reports and organising diaries and travel arrangements. You will work to tight deadlines within project timelines, all within a client focused environment.
