Overview
My client is looking for a service co-ordinator to join a friendly family run business, where you will be part of a fast growing team of skilled engineers and technical sales professionals.
Working on a busy service desk, you will be responsible for liaising with customers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that all installs, breakdowns, servicing and repair work is carried out in a timely and effective manner ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
You must have a pleasant and confident manner coupled with excellent communication skills. You will be comfortable working under pressure and be highly organised in your approach. Your excellent IT skills and a keen eye for detail, along with your ability to priortise your time effectively, will ensure that our engineers are allocated work in the most efficient and effective manner.
Previous experience of working on a busy service desk and customer service role would be an advantage. Previous experience of working within the automotive industry would be a benefit but is not essential.
A driving licence is essential due to the location
The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.00pm
