Administrator – ASAP

Salary: £22,000

Location: Camden, London

Hours: 7am till 4pm, Monday to Friday

My client who are a 3 minute walk away from Camden station is looking for an Administrator to start as soon as possible. This is working for a building services company and we are looking for candidates who have got excellent administrative skills with excellent organisational ability and has got a keen eye for detail. My client requires the successful candidate to have excellent Customer Service skills and will be able to build strong working relationships with suppliers and customers over the telephone.


Answering calls and responding to queries from customers and clients by phone or email

Loading and managing the lifecycle of jobs in ServicePro (Scheduler) ensuring they progress through each stage

ServicePro 'housekeeping' to ensure jobs are progressed and closed out for invoicing

Assisting a specific Contract Manager and the wider team with contract queries and Excel reporting

Assisting the business with preparing quotes, estimates and valuations

Planning reactive and routine maintenance visits using scheduling software

Liaising with Managers, Supervisors and Engineers regarding workload

Data entry


Comfortable in dealing directly with clients

Organised with an eye for detail

Confident and professional telephone manner

Eligible to work in UK without requiring employer sponsorship
