Overview
SF Recruitment is looking for a Goods in Administrator to join a wonderful long-standing client of ours based in Ashbourne. This is a full time, permanent opportunity paying between £22,000 – £24,000 depending on experience. Due to the location of our client, all applicants must be able to drive and must have access to their own vehicle as public transport routes are very limited.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
– Receiving and logging inbound parcels
– Checking contents match delivery notes / invoices
– Data entry of stock orders and returns onto central systems
– Signing off invoices for payment
– Allocating stock to stores through data entry and uploads
– Picking and packing stock parcels
– Reporting on daily progress
– Other day to day activities relating to the position may be required.
Skills required are:
– Ability to work to deadlines
– Attention to detail
– Accurate and Fast Data Entry / keyboard skills
– Ability to communicate effectively to co-workers, management, and suppliers
– Ability to solve problems and work under own initiative
– Experience required is at least one full year of working in a goods -inbound stock handling area, data entering stock numbers, values and invoice details.
