Overview
Concept Care Solutions are looking for an experiences International NHS recruitment consultant to join their expanding International recruitment team.
Key tasks:
* Interviewing and shortlisting potential candidates
* To build and maintain key relationships with various stakeholders
* Business development and networking
* Ability to use Home Office Sponsorship Management System
* Dealing with compliance and visa regulations
* Working within International markets
* Organise travel, following the business travel protocol
* To maintain a customer-focused attitude towards duties and to ensure that at all times the needs of all clients are identified and met.
* To provide the client with timely and concise information as required e.g. quotations
* To maximise placements by accurate data entry of availability and bookings and a conscientious use of standby listings
* To assist in the recruitment process
Sales Activities:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in International Recruitment in Healthcare Industry
* Meet sales/gross profit targets
* Deal with speculative calls, aftercare and service calls
Required Skills
* Good organisational skills with ability to thrive under demanding timelines
* Team player but with a desire to shine and stand out from the crowd
* Hunger and desire to succeed in a competitive environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Computer literate
* Self-motivated
* Target driven and work to set KPI’s
* Strong admin skills
* Attention to detail
Candidate Generation
* Recruiting from abroad, headhunting, working with agents
* Proactive head hunting and recruitment skills
* Building relationships with new candidates
* Following up with candidates on regular basis, ensuring that they send in their CV and documents.
