OUR CLIENT OFFER A 3PL WAREHOUSE AND LOGISTICS SOLUTION, ON AN EXCLUSIVE BASIS FOR A PROMINENT RETAILER BASED IN GREATER MANCHESTER.

THEY SERVICE THEIR CLIENT'S GLOBAL GROWTH STRATEGY DELIVERING INTO 28 COUNTRIES. THEY OPERATE FROM THREE UK OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE FACILITIES WITHIN THE UK.

THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP SUPPORT.

WITHN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO CARRY OUT ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES, ORGANISE, DISTRIBUTE AND RETRIEVE INFORMATION / DOCUMENTS.

YOU SHOULD BE COMMITTED TO FACILITATING SMOOTH, EFFICIENT WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS THROUGH CARFEUL PALNNING, ANTICIPATITNG NEEDS AND PROVIDING RESPONSIVE AND RELIABLE ASSISTANCE.

YOU SHOULD BE ADAPTABLE, PROACTIVE, SUPPORTIVE AND DETAIL ORIENTATED

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

SUPPORTING THE WAREHOUSE LEADERSHIP TEAM WITH ADMINISTRATION DUTIES

o HANDLING BASIC OFFICE TASKS, SUCH AS EMAILS AND DATA ENTRY

o ORDERING, STORING AND DISTRIBUTING OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE SUPPLIES

o CO-ORDINATING SUPPLIER MAINTENANCE VISITS

o DATA ENTRY

o DOCUMENT PREPARATION

EXPERIENCE:

WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE AND PREVIOUSLY WORKING IN THIS ENVIRONMENT IS ESSENTIAL

MUST HAVE COMPUTER SKILL AS OUTLOOK AND EXCEL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE IS ESSENTIAL

HOURS OF WORK: 8AM – 5PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY
