Overview
What we need:
Administrator required for a contract role based in Tyne and Wear, supporting the business across a wide variety of Highways works.
This role has the possibility of being a long term role, working on supporting the highways and scheduling teams.
Work will be based from their Newcastle based site, with equipment provided.
What you need:
Experience within administration is a must, alongside strong communication skills and a background working within a team. Any experience within highways, construction or utilities would be advantageous. Skills in data entry and excel is a must.
What you'll be doing:
·Managing the issue and receipt of all drawings/revisable documents, and ensure that all registers/schedules are being kept up to date.
·Ensure Method Statements/Plans are approved, being used, and have been briefed to all relevant parties.
·Maintain Cube Register and input results as soon as they are received.
·Ensure all hard copy paperwork is scanned and filed electronically.
·Maintain the Project E-Mail Box.
·Managing the Notice Board, ensure all safety notices are up to date, and any other information is displayed, e.g. Monthly EHS Report, Alerts & IAN's, SHEPS etc.
·Compilation and prompt issued of Operating and Maintenance Manual/Handover Documentation at the end of each phase of the works, or as required by the Client.
