Overview
A new opportunity has arisen within our parts department for a parts sales advisor to support the business. The successful candidate will join the company to support the current parts team and to share our work ethic and ambition to deliver the highest quality customer support, whilst growing their own product knowledge to offer a complete sales and procurement service.
Key Duties:
• Administration and Data Entry
• Handling complete enquiry and order process
• Tend to telephone calls and e-mail enquiries
• Work to deadlines
• Liaison with both customers and suppliers
• Dealing with worldwide customers and suppliers
• Cross Referencing
• Compliance Understanding
• Business Development
• Customer Follow ups
• Adhoc duties
Basic Requirements:
• Numerate and Literate
• IT Literate (MS Office)
• Sales orientated
• Customer service orientated
• Willingness to learn
Preferred Experience – But not essential:
• Sales
• Procurement
• Cross Refrencing
• Account Management
