Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading business in Immingham who are looking to add Customer Service Administrator to their growing team. We are looking to speak with people who enjoy working in fast paced environment who have good administration and customer service experience.
Duties to include
Processing orders
Taking bookings and inputting on internal data base
Been a main point of contact for clients
Resolving queries
Updating customers
Liaising with internal colleagues
Data Entry/Administration
Promoting the brand at all times.You will have
A confident and approachable person
A high level of organisation and attention to detail
Customer focussed with the determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service
Good decision-making skills, ability to evaluate, prioritise and plan while responding to quickly changing workloads
A methodical, logical approach with good problem-solving abilities, able to work on their own initiative within a time critical setting and as part of a team
IT literate
A willingness to learn other roles in the team to build on personal experience
