Thermoteknix Systems Limited designs, develops and manufactures thermal imaging and measuring equipment used in world-wide commercial systems, industrial, security and surveillance applications.
The company was founded in 1982 and retains its position at the forefront of the infrared imaging industry with a wide range of hardware and software products designed to meet the needs of a growing customer base.
The company is privately owned and operates from premises in Waterbeach, Cambridge, UK. It has been recognised by The Queen’s Awards both for Export and Innovation and is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Candidate
Due to expansion, Thermoteknix are now looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate will work closely within the Sales team delivering pro-active sales administration support and customer care to a broad range of UK and international major organisations.
Work Profile
* Provide a link within our Sales Order Process between customer enquiries, preparation of quotes, order management through to successful deliveries.
* Liaise with our Sales, Production and our Logistics teams to ensure excellent customer service throughout.
* Maintain data entry into Pipedrive (CRM system) and compile sales reports
* Update product reference lists.
* Attend exhibitions and meetings where required
* Organise international travel for members of the sales team, including: booking flights; booking cars/taxis, making hotel arrangements; producing itineraries and organising staff visas.

Skills required
* Previous internal commercial sales experience preferred (not retail sales)
* Fluency in English, written and verbal
* Excellent written and verbal communicator
* Well organised with accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise own workload
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability to handle multiple responsibilities on a regular basis
* A willingness to learn and develop new skills
