Our client is a fast growing specialist property finance lender, they lend money to property developers and construction companies for commercial and residential property refurbishment and developments. This role represents an exciting opportunity to join a fascinating industry and gain invaluable exposure to the property finance market. 

Duties for the Administrator

Answering telephone call
Updating spreadsheets
Data entry
Updating customer records
Responding to emails
Generating daily information
Scanning
Photocopying
Filing
Completing online forms Qualifications

GCSEs at C level or above in Math’s and English
Good numeracy skills
Good communication skills
Good organisational skills
Efficient with Google Sheets, Excel and Word
