Administrator
Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 DOE
Location: Christchurch
Hours: Shift patterns are 07:30-16:00 or 08:30-17:00 – 40 hours a week
Our client, a professional training and assessment centre are on the lookout for an experienced Administrator to get stuck in supporting their growing team.
The Administrator will be dealing with a wide range of people from awarding bodies to construction workers and large corporate clients.
Responsibilities of the Administrator:
Providing office support
Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
Filing
Performing data entry, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
Dealing with awarding bodies
Invigilating exams
What we are looking for in the Administrator:
Administration experience
The ability to multi task
Attention to detail
Presentation and customer service skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people
