Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced welder fabricator to join an expanding Welding department for an engineering company in Walsall.
Working a static day shift 40 hours a week Mon – Friday, 07:30am – 16:00pm. Overtime will be available as and when required.
Recent welding experience is desirable but any solid Mig or Tig experience considered as they work with a range of metals and have various roles available.
Below are some key points to the role however their may be other duties required that will be discussed at interview stage.
* MIG welding of mild steel to Engineered drawings
* Some TIG welding of stainless steel to Engineered drawings ( this is not essential and training can be given )
* If you have experience in either MIG or TIG but not both this is OK.
* Maintenance of welding equipment.
* Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed
* Grinding / linishing to ensure a high quality finish on all of our products
