As a Warehouse Operative you will support the business by fulfilling our client's requirements by scanning, segregating, and sorting parcels and mail as well as dispatching goods on time to relevant couriers/transport companies.

As part of this Warehouse Operative role, you will:

Deliver a high-quality warehouse service to our customers ensuring that products are scanned, sorted, and assembled correctly to the company guidelines
Ensure that parcels and mail are received into the warehouse, scanned, and segregated to the correct product and carrier routing
Meet the current Key Performance Indicator
Be willing to follow the set procedures and training
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the site
Positively respond to instruction from the management team

Essential Skills

Good communication skills in order to quickly understand instructions and liaise effectively with colleagues and customers.
Able to manage own work in order to meet deadlines whilst maintaining performance standards
A positive and proactive approach to work with clear customer focus
A team player with a positive "can-do" attitude, hard-working, and willing to learn
