US Customer Service Agent

Location: Farnborough

Salary: £24,960

Shift Pattern: Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-10pm

My client based in Farnborough who are in the Fintech industry are seeking a customer service agent to join their friendly team. We are seeking someone who is consistent, friendly and knowledgeable who has the ability to deliver excellent customer service to all customers.

Daily Duties

Answer customer enquiries via email, telephone & Live Chat queries

Prompt attention to queries and comments made via social media

Answering general technical queries about the website and mobile app

Answering queries regarding customer statements and financial activity

Providing a friendly, helpful advice to both parent and child account holders

Administrative tasks (monitoring risk alerts, one-off tasks etc.)

Support Member Services Management

Customer call backs

Responding to Social Media contacts in Facebook & Twitter & Instagram

Skill Set

Strong written and verbal skills

Ability to work independently

Excellent phone manner
