Travel Customer Administrator

Central London – hybrid working 

A fantastic opportunity to join a professional Travel company based in Lonodn

You will have strong administration and interpersonal skills, with experience in a travel organisation.

Responsibilities

Manage the inbox, dealing with enquiries professionally and promptly 
Manage incoming and outgoing department calls 
Process all applications via the CRM 
Raise invoices for fees
Responsible for credit control activity including subscriptions, insurance and applications
Assist with the administration of certificates
Deal with travel related enquiries
Data entry and maintenance for customer records
 
Skills and experience

Experience in a Travel organisation in a similar admin role 
Strong administration and organisation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
Team player
Able to work under pressure
IT skills and able to use CRM systems
